Yes — especially for eCommerce. Browser-based tracking (client-side pixel) is increasingly blocked by iOS restrictions, ad blockers and browser privacy settings. Server-side tracking via Meta CAPI bypasses these blocks and sends purchase events directly from your server to Meta — giving the algorithm cleaner signals and improving your campaign performance significantly.
Almost certainly. Meta's native ROAS reporting is based on attributed conversions — which are often inflated, double-counted or misattributed. We cross-reference Meta data against GA4 and Shopify backend revenue to identify the gap. Most brands find their real ROAS is lower — but also identify exactly where to fix it.
Yes. We work across both platforms. The tracking and paid media approach is largely the same — we implement CAPI and GA4 eCommerce events for both. CRO and web development work may vary depending on your setup.
For active paid media management, we'd typically recommend a minimum of £2,000–£3,000/month in ad spend to generate enough data for meaningful optimisation. Below that, the tracking and strategy work is still valuable — but active ad management may not be the right first step. We'll tell you honestly after the audit.
