eCommerce Brands

More revenue. Better ROAS. Attribution you can trust.

For Shopify, WooCommerce and DTC brands that need creative-led growth, measurement you can actually rely on, and paid media that scales without guessing.

Does any of this sound like your store?

These are the things eCommerce owners tell us before we start. If two or three land, you are almost certainly scaling on numbers that are not real.

Meta reports a ROAS your bank account does not recognise.

You cannot tell which products or audiences are actually profitable.

Purchases go missing between the store and the ad platforms.

Creative testing happens, but nobody could say what was learned from it.

EU customers convert, but the data for them never arrives.

You want to spend more, but not blindly.

None of this means the marketing is wrong. It usually means the measurement underneath it is, and everything built on top inherits the error.

Measurement first, then scale.

Numbers you can act on

If the data is not trustworthy, everything decided from it is a guess with a spreadsheet attached.

Creative with a hypothesis

Tests are designed to answer something. You get the learning written down, not just the winner.

Unit economics, not vanity

Decisions run on margin and contribution, not on a ROAS figure that flatters everyone.

You own everything

Every account, pixel and dataset is in your name. You take the lot with you if you ever leave.

"Our Meta ROAS jumped significantly once AdKonnekt fixed our CAPI setup and implemented Consent Mode properly. We finally had data we could trust to make scaling decisions, instead of guessing."eCommerce brand owner, Shopify DTC

Questions we get asked a lot

Meta counts a sale if someone saw or clicked an ad within its attribution window, and it models the gaps it cannot see. Your store counts orders. They will never match exactly, but the gap should be explainable and stable. When it is wild or moving, that is usually a tracking problem rather than a reporting quirk, and it is fixable.
If you sell into the EU, run meaningful spend, or care about accurate purchase data, yes. Browsers, iOS and ad blockers delete a large share of ordinary browser tracking on the way to the platforms. Server-side sends it from your own server instead, so far more of it arrives.
Yes. Shopify is the most common, but WooCommerce, custom builds and headless setups are all workable. The approach is the same, the implementation differs.
We usually recommend £2,000 to £3,000 a month as a starting point. Below that the platforms do not get enough data to optimise properly, and your money often goes further on conversion rate and measurement first.
Tracking accuracy usually improves within 48 to 72 hours of the fixes going live. Campaign performance takes four to eight weeks, because creative testing and the learning phase both need volume before the numbers mean anything.
Yes. Every ad account, pixel, dataset and analytics property is in your name. You keep the accounts, the history and the campaigns.
